From concept to completion, our 3D modeling and CAD team uses Siemens NX (Unigraphics) software to develop a proven tool design that will perform in our customer’s manufacturing process. This means we are able to test and validate the complete design prior to tool manufacturing. It also ensures that prototype tooling and early parts are designed for cost efficiency and tested for part validity.
With your design and process completed and proven, we move to the actual building phase of the tooling. At Fulloxen, we have brought together all of the latest in Multi Axis CNC Machining and EDM technology along with up to 5 tons of overhead lifting capacity to enable us to complete the manufacturing of the entire job in-house. Our team performs all CNC programming and machining to ensure optimal control over lead times and quality of work.
To accelerate the product process and ensure the precision of production tools, we can produce laser cut samples off “soft” production tooling for pre-production purposes. Our fully trained craftsmen along with integrated CAD software are at your service to provide the finest quality laser cutting that will exceed your expectations.
The whole process involves significant engineering resources and quality testing to ensure the quality requirements of its customers are fully met. With its in-house tooling expertise, Fulloxen is independent from external tooling producers where supply, and especially lead times, can be critical.
Our range of stamp presses, up to 400 tons, allows us to best approximate your production environment, identifying and eliminating problems before they happen.
Fulloxen has control over and can streamline the entire manufacturing process. This increases the total production capacity and gives greater effectiveness and flexibility in adapting products for each customer. Additionally, an in-house design centre allows Fulloxen to create more complex designs and offer final products at more competitive prices.
When manufacturing your product, we can source individual components at different suppliers and conduct final product assembly in our in-house production facilities to keep your intellectual property safe.
We offer special solutions, utilizing our local network of experts to handle your anodizing, powder coating and heat treating requirements, or more.
