Fulloxen has control over and can streamline the entire manufacturing process.  This increases the total production capacity and gives greater effectiveness and flexibility in adapting products for each customer. Additionally, an in-house design centre allows Fulloxen to create more complex designs and offer final products at more competitive prices.

The whole process involves significant engineering resources and quality testing to ensure the quality requirements of its customers are fully met. With its in-house tooling expertise, Fulloxen is independent from external tooling producers where supply, and especially lead times, can be critical.

Recliners - they are modular – meaning they are compatible with a majority of vehicle makes and models.

Fine blanking parts - Our complex tooling to produce ‘net shape’ finished parts in just one operations, or press stroke, with one or more steps of the material inside the tool and particularly good flatness tolerances that do not require secondary machinery operations, such as grinding or milling.
