We ensure that tooling is engineered to meet even the most-demanding stamping press specifications. We can manufacture stamping dies up to 900mm wide and 2000mm long.  We have expertise in developing innovative tooling solutions for an array of part materials: high-strength steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

Fine blanking creates smooth, quadrilateral, crack- and burr-free fineblanked surfaces, while the component itself is flat and level thanks to the clamping process. We can manufacture fine blanking dies, up to 500mm wide and 800mm long.
